Bincom deploys full fledge web 2.0 Online campaign for the Delta state governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan.
The project is inclusive of strategy, project management, a fully managed content management system, social media implementation, online advertising and SMS to Web, Live streaming amongst many others.
This project is executed towards the governor's second term bid. The entire portal and associated projects are actively maintained by Bincom ICT solutions
